Q: How long and how to get sample from us ?
1) For OEM/ODM sample, we can make as per your request, please provide us artwork in PDF to follow, you need to pay for the sample cost, mould fee and shipping fee, but once bulk order placed, we will refund you the sample cost.
2) Sample lead time: about 15 days
3) Sample payment: we accept sample payment sent by West Union, paypal, T/T.
4) For sample in stock, we can provide it within 3-4 working days after payment being confirmed.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
